She is such a good baby and I can't believe how much she changes everyday! I'm so lucky to be able to spend this time with her. She really only cries when she's hungry, over tired, or taking a bath.
She still has a great appetite eating at least 4oz but sometimes 6-7oz about every 2-3 hours during the day and 3-6 at night. She is starting to get tiny rolls and dimples on her thighs and its the cutest ever. According to my at home calculations she weighs 10.4 lbs.
She still wakes up about every 3-4 hours to eat after putting her to bed about 8pm. The longest span was 6 1/2 hours. Great night sleep! She's been getting better about not falling asleep during feedings which has sped up the process. Putting her back to sleep is very simple for us. Rarely we have to hold her and comfort her until she begins to get sleepy but not quite asleep. Most nights she does a great job at falling asleep on her own. I finally invested in a halo sleeper because she has grown out of the swaddle blanket we'd been using. It's worked fine.
She often flings her arms and legs around and frequently hits herself in the face. She makes a look like what the heck right after. Too funny!
This girl has some sass just like her sisters and me. She makes a lot of facial expressions and almost always scrunches her eyebrows. She is now smiling all the time and it totally melts my heart! Sometimes she does this cute thing where she will open her mouth big and then smile with her eyebrows and nose scrunched. UGH I die! It's the best!
Towards the end of her 2 month she caught her first cold. Boo hoo! She's a tough girl and has been doing great with a little extra TLC (more for my needs not hers) and a humidifier at night.
She's acquired a couple of nicknames; chunky monkey and cutie patootie.
Whenever she is crying and we can't get to her right that second Adisyn will sing a song she made for her. The lyrics are I love you Reece, Reece, Reece over and over in the sweetest soft singing voice I've ever heard.
Ava and Adisyn are obsessed with her to say the least. They can not get enough of her. These pictures make my heart go pitter patter. They love feeding her and ask if they can all the time.
Reece also made her TV debut with this picture.
We tried out her booster seat. Not quite ready for that. Look at that belly.
One thing that is for sure we always make sure we get lots of cuddles. She is so spoiled compared to the twins. That's okay, she's my last.
And because the bear she got from Santa is too adorable not to pose with.
Month one. Month two. Month three.
