Marley Farm Visit

5.30.2011

We decided to check out The Marley Farm yesterday.  The girls had a lot of fun and so did we!  Its very affordable ($6.00) for all of us to get in and an additional one dollar for feed.  The awesome thing about this place is they are all rescued animals so all the money you give them goes straight to these animals.  Shawn and I were just as excited to see the different animals they had.  We saw a camel, white tail deer, horse/zebra mix (really cool looking), lots of cows and donkeys.  They even had some exoctic birds.  The girls were a little freaked out at first to feed them.  After awhile they got more comfortable.  We will definetely be back and are highly considering have their 3rd Birthday party there! ...thanks for the great idea Stacy!

Shawn feeding the zebra/horse mix (check out those teeth)!

Ava a little timid when one of the horses touched her hand.

We first pulled up to the feed area to pay for admission and buy feed, since we weren't even leaving the parking lot we decided to let them sit our laps.  Ava loved it!!!!!!!!!!!!

Once we were all to hot to stand it.  We went for some frozen yogurt at Froyona
Ava couldn't wait to leave the store, she was diggin' into her bowl eating all the toppings before we could pay for it.  No surprising, leave it to Ava! :)
