This year I decided to make the girls’ costumes. At first I was questioning my decision but in the end they turned out okay. Most importantly the girls loved them, they felt like true princesses.
We go on walks around the neighborhood often and we were shocked of the amount of houses that were decorated for the festivities. We knew that our neighborhood would be the perfect setting for trick-or-treating. It was no disappointment. I had never seen so many little trick-or-treat-ers it was fantastic and so much fun.

The girls were as expected nervous and shy. We never did get them to say “trick-or-treat” but they got so much attention and got plenty of candy from their good looks.
This year was such a great Halloween. I only hope next year is just as great!
